Coach Izzy is one of the first Kettlebell Coaches in the nation and brought his expertise to Bainbridge Island when he moved from the East Coast.  He is also a proficient Olympic Weightlifting Coach guiding many people into a productive, enjoyable, but safe path of learning. He has earned many outstanding, high quality certifications and he produces the results to prove it.

Never touched a kettlebell? No problem! This your chance to learn under the guidance of the top and most experienced coach in the area. You will develop your stamina, your athleticism, an awesome body and have tremendous fun in the process.

Seasoned Lifter? There is something for you! Perfect your technique, learn new moves, make great friends and share your passion with others. Coach Izzy is a Senior Instructor with Kettlebell Concepts Inc, and responsible for certifying hundreds of instructors.  Coach Izzy has always been the go to person when other trainers seek guidance.

Injured? No worries!  Coach Izzy is a seasoned Neurosomatic Therapist and has helped hundreds go from debilitating pain to fitness levels never reached before.  If your physician sends you with a referral for manual therapy, you can get re-imbursed by your insurance company.  Sweet!
